6/3 – Farm Field Feast – Get ready for a truly unique culinary experience! Join us for “Farm Field Feast”. From 5 pm – 8 pm, guests will be treated to a delicious feast highlighting the freshest produce from local farmers. The theme of the day is all about celebrating the bounty of the land and showcasing the amazing flavors that come from working closely with local farmers.

As you wander through the lavender fields, you’ll be treated to mouth-watering dishes made with the freshest ingredients. The chefs have curated a menu that perfectly highlights the flavors of the season, with each dish crafted with care and precision.

This isn’t just about great food, though. We’re also bringing a community together to celebrate the beauty of the harvest season. You’ll have the chance to connect with other food lovers, farmers, and artisans in a beautiful outdoor setting.

6/4 Heritage Farmer + Craftsman Day

Join us for a day of celebration and education as we pay homage to the hard-working heritage farmers and craftsmen who make our food system possible.

At this event, we will showcase the incredible work that goes into producing high-quality ingredients. We’re offering a welcome buffet-style brunch, followed by five informative presentations and a grazing board. You’ll learn about the techniques and processes that these hard-working people use to create the ingredients that we love.

Throughout the day, we’ll have five presentations from some of the best in the business. Bulls Bay Saltworks will speak about the art of naturally harvested sea salt, while Hunter Pruett will offer a demonstration on how to grow mushrooms from a kit. Braxton Naff will show you how to butcher a pork shoulder and turn it into sausage, and Shelly and David Carroll from Carroll Family Farms will speak about tallow and how they harvest it from water buffalos to create soap. To cap off the day, Blair Machado will offer a smoking demonstration that’s sure to leave your taste buds wanting more.
